Learn how to use Hangouts to collaborate with colleagues, students, or other classrooms anywhere. The session would cover the basics of how to initiate a Hangout as a chat, voice or video call. The focus will be on video calls as they have the most functionality for collaboration as well as the many fun add ons. Using Google Hangouts effectively would fit into Redefinition on the SAMR model. To get the most out of this session you will need a laptop running Chrome or a Chromebook.
